Principal Officers

Alfred P. Statham became President and CEO on October 4, 2003. He has been a consultant to Millennium Energy Holdings, Inc., the majority shareholder of Powertrusion, since 1997, and in that role was Millennium's principal contact with Powertrusion. Through this association, Mr. Statham is very knowledgeable about the Company and its operations. He also brings a knowledge of the electric utility industry, the principal market for Powertrusion's products. For the past 15 years, he has been involved in the development and management of several start-up companies. He formerly was Counsel, Government Relations with IBM, and was Vice President, Corporate Affairs of INCO Limited and the Communications Satellite Corporation. Mr. Statham has a B.A. Degree from Millsaps College and an L.L.B Degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law.

Board of Directors

William C. Mattison, Jr. is a significant investor and retired principal from the firm of Gerard, Klauer, Mattison & Co., Inc. of New York. Mr. Mattison brings to the Board extensive experience in investment banking, financing and business operations.

James R. Pyers is the retired Vice President, Utility Distribution Company Operations/Engineering, Tucson Electric Power Company, Tucson, Arizona.
